Dapol has announced a new range of 4mm scale laser-cut card kits based on the preserved Glyn Valley Tramway, located near its Chirk facilities. The Kitmaster Genesis range is designed for easy self-assembly, featuring self-coloured card components, moulded or 3D-printed accessories, and glazing. Modellers simply need suitable glue to complete these highly customisable kits, which are perfect for kit-bashing to create bespoke models.

The station building, engine shed, and girder bridge are nearing the end of their production cycle, while the small waiting room building is set to be laser-cut in the coming weeks. The entire range is expected to be available for purchase directly from Dapol's website towards the end of September or early October.
