Bachmann has revealed its latest announcements for the Autumn 2025 season, with a focus on steam locomotives and new rolling stock for its OO Branchline range.
New Locomotives
- A brand new model of the Stanier 8F 2-8-0 steam locomotive has been developed for the Branchline range, featuring a diecast metal boiler and running plate, separately-applied details, and a range of tender options. The model will be available in Summer 2026, priced from £249.95, with Sound-Fitted and Sound-Fitted Deluxe versions available for £359.95 and £379.95 respectively.
- The LB&SCR E4 0-6-2 Tank locomotive returns to the range, upgraded for sound, with four models available, including the sole-surviving E4 in BR guise as No. 32473, priced from £164.95.
- The Class 30/31 Diesel locomotive has been upgraded with a Bach-Up Stay Alive system and all-wheel electrical pick-up, with six models available, priced from £214.95.
New Rolling Stock
- New versions of the Bulk Grain Wagon and JGA, HHA, and HKA Bogie Hoppers will be available in the near future.
- The Graham Farish range welcomes back the GWR Castle Class locomotive, with three new N Scale models available with or without sound fitted, priced at £179.95 and £289.95 respectively.
Scenecraft and Graham Farish
- New Scenecraft models include a GWR Standard Station, depot mess and crew rooms, coal barges and narrow boats, and a corrugated engine shed and metal water tank for NG7 models.
- The Graham Farish range also includes a Class 150/2 Diesel Multiple Unit (DMU) in two new liveries, priced at £239.95 and £359.95 for sound-fitted models.
