Accurascale's second production run of Class 50 locomotives has been unveiled, featuring GBRf liveried 50007 Hercules and 50049 Defiance. These models, available exclusively from the Accurascale website, are based on the same specifications as the first production run, including a die-cast metal chassis, five-pole motor, and working roof fan. Sound-fitted models will also feature a factory-fitted speaker and hall sensor for automatic flange squeal activation.
The models will be limited production runs, presented in special packaging with a limited-edition certificate. Delivery is expected towards the end of 2026, with prices starting at £189.99 for DCC Ready models and £299.99 for sound-fitted models.
