Accurascale has announced a second production run of their highly detailed Great Western Railway (GWR) 'Manor' 4-6-0 locomotives. The new batch will consist of five models, including:
- Four general release models:
- 7825 Lechlade Manor in BR lined black with early crests
- 7819 Hinton Manor
- 7822 Foxcote Manor in BR lined green with late crests
- 7828 Odney Manor in BR lined green with late crests
- One Accurascale exclusive model:
- 7827 Lydham Manor in preservation-era GWR lined green livery, available only directly from Accurascale and featuring a certificate and special packaging
The new models will feature improved sound capabilities, with a redesigned sound chamber for DCC sound-fitted models. Other specifications remain the same as the original batch, including a die-cast boiler and chassis, stay alive capacitor, three pole motor with flywheel, and separately fitted detail. The models are priced at £189.99 (DCC Ready) and £289.99 (DCC Sound Fitted), with a release date expected towards the end of 2026.
