Rapido’s 00 gauge model of the GNR Stirling Single made a big splash when it first arrived on the scene in 2018. Now it’s back again and this time better than ever. Rapido say they’ve made some improvements to the decoration, the sound profile has been upgraded too and the model now includes a stay alive too.
All these new features are nice little upgrades to an already astounding model which has won the hearts of many modellers out there - but my journey with this model wasn’t exactly smooth sailing as I had to send it back for repairs… twice!
