It seems everyone is currently doing their PECO Rail200 Competition layouts and I'm no different! The supplied baseboard presents plenty of opportunities but having previously built a 009 model railway inside a suitcase, I wanted to try and take things a step further.

So my PECO Rail200 build will squeeze a full circuit onto the tiny baseboard and will be scenic from all angles allowing for several different scenes to be modelled all in a small space! In this first episode I crack on with laying the track and building the main structure for the scenery.

If you think you don't have space for a model railway, think again!

For those wanting to know, the baseboard dimensions are 75cm x 30.5cm but the competition is now over and the baseboards are no longer available to buy.
