The Scottish West Highland Line is an enthusiast and modellers' favourite, forging its way as it does through some of the UK's most spectacular scenery. The line from Glasgow to Fort William and Mallaig is a popular subject for modellers and the appeal of a rake of Mark One coaches behind a Black Five, Sulzer Type 2 or Class 37 is hard to resist. The buildings along this route were very distinctive in their style and it our pleasure to be able to bring to you a selection of three laser-cut wood building kits based on those found at Arisaig, on the extension line from Fort William to Mallaig. In this video we set the scene and then show you the construction of the station building itself. Hopefully we will inspire you to make your next layout project a Scottish-themed one!
