We have just released a new livery for our highly-regarded CDA China Clay hopper in N Scale, this version wearing the DB Cargo colours that they wore until withdrawn from service in 2023. In this video we learn more about the history of these wagons and visit the Bodmin & Wenford Railway where 8 examples now reside in preservation. We then show you how we built a small diorama on which to showcase these models, choosing a typical Cornish location where these wagons will look at home. Where better than the extremely scenic location of Golant on the Carne Point branch. Lots of inspiration for you here....we hope this gives you the impetus to build your own Cornish-themed layout!
