The Port of Par Bagnall 0-4-0STs are amongst the smallest and most recognisable standard gauge steam locomotives to work in the UK – and were immortalised in the Rev. W. Awdry’s Railway Series. Before their book debut, Alfred and Judy had a strong following and were some of the last steam locomotives to work in Cornwall, their duties ceasing in 1977.
