A sensor is built into every signal so there is no wiring or extra circuit boards etc. Just clip or wire the signal into your track for fully automatic 2, 3, or 4 Aspect Signalling which works just like the real railway. Best of all they work on both analogue DC as well as digital DCC and are fully Layout Link compatible, so easy to link Mimic lights and switches on a Mimic panel for control, signal display and train position indication with just a single wire.

Installation is very quick and simple as everything is built into the signal. As well as the signals you will also get the detailing extras including Hand Rails, Ladders, Phone Boxes, and other vital signal components.

Train Tech Sensor Signal Starter Pack 3‑Aspect (Manufacturer Part Number: TTSSP2) provides four ready‑made signal units with built‑in sensors, allowing fully automatic 2, 3 or 4‑aspect railway signalling without additional wiring or circuit boards.

Each signal contains an integrated sensor that detects train occupancy and changes aspect until the train has cleared the block. The signals can be linked together with a single wire to create a continuous automatic block system. Function can be overridden by a Mimic switch or a DCC command, and occupancy can be displayed on a Mimic panel via a single‑wire connection.

The pack works on both analogue DC (12‑16 V) and digital DCC. On DC the signals are wired to a standard supply; on DCC they can be slid into the track or wired directly, and the associated feather or theatre indicators, as well as points, may be controlled automatically when given the same DCC address.

Contents: four 3‑aspect sensor signals (TTSS3), one Mimic switch (TTMS1), 5 m of single‑core wire and an instruction sheet. Additional detailing items such as handrails, ladders, phone boxes and other signal components are included.
