SS10T - 4 Multi Aspect Modern Dual Lens Automatic Signal with Theatre Indicator Fully assembled signal with built in sensor for OO/HO Now you can add automatic signalling to your layout in seconds with new Sensor Signals.
A sensor is built into every signal so there is no wiring or extra circuit boards etc. Just clip or wire the signal into your track for fully automatic 2, 3 or 4 aspect signalling which works just like the real railway!
Best of all they work on both analogue DC as well as digital DCC and are fully Layout Link compatible, so easy to link Mimic lights and switches on a Mimic panel for control, signal display and train position indication with just a single wire! Train Tech Sensor Signal (Theatre Indicator) Multi‑4 Aspect (part number TTSS10T) is a modern dual‑lens automatic railway signal designed for model layouts. The signal is supplied fully assembled with a built‑in sensor, allowing immediate installation on OO or HO track.
The unit provides fully automatic 2, 3 or 4 aspect signalling and operates on both analogue 12‑16 V DC and digital DCC systems. It is compatible with Layout Link, enabling a single wire to link the signal to other sensor signals, Mimic lights and switches for block control, train position indication and occupancy display. Automatic operation can be overridden by a Mimic switch or a DCC command.
Installation is straightforward: the sensor is integrated in the base, so no additional circuitry or wiring is required beyond clipping or connecting the signal to the track. The package includes extra detailing pieces such as a ladder, handrail and phone. Both the feather and the theatre indicator can be driven by a Mimic switch or DCC, with the theatre capable of displaying any character defined by a 25‑hole masking matrix.
