The kit provides a 3‑ or 4‑aspect signal head with a right‑hand feather, an aluminium mast, and a printed circuit board housing LEDs for installation through a baseboard. It is intended for OO and HO scale layouts.

Included items are the multi‑aspect head (3‑ or 4‑aspect), base, ladder, hand‑rails, a telephone accessory and the aluminium post. The LEDs are fitted to a PCB that fits through the baseboard, and the lenses are transparent with a slight decay to mimic real railway signals.

The kit is marketed as a low‑cost option that can be adapted to the user's own design. It is designed and manufactured in Great Britain.
