This small module fits neatly into a coach, multi-unit or wagon and simulates the rear light on the back of the train. This pack includes a twin terminal for both constant and flickering LED illuminations. Ideal for both modern era and steam era railways. The flickering LED terminal can be used to simulate a firebox in a locomotive.

Train Tech Automatic Lighting Effects – Flickering/Constant (Dual) is a compact module designed to be installed in coaches, multi‑unit cars or wagons to simulate rear lighting. The unit incorporates a twin terminal that provides both constant and flickering LED illumination, suitable for modern and steam‑era railway stock; the flickering mode can also mimic a locomotive firebox.

The system operates by detecting motion, activating the LEDs automatically and switching them off after four minutes of inactivity. Installation requires no wiring, pick‑up or soldering; the LEDs plug directly into the supplied terminals and the module can be fitted to brake vans, coaches, wagons and similar vehicles.
