Huts were placed either on station platforms or beside the railway line in order to provide shelter for signallers and other railway staff in places where full sized signal boxes were impractical. Decorated in the colours of the Midland Railway, this Midland Hut from Scenecraft could be placed on any layout depicting the Midland or later LMS areas.

Bachmann Midland Hut – Model 44-0173
