Announced as part of our Winter 2020 British Railway Announcements, we are delighted to bring you Lucston Cattle Dock – part of our new OO scale ‘Lucston and Wigmore’ range of quintessential buildings and structures.  

Livestock was once transported around the UK by rail and so loading/unloading facilities like this Cattle Dock were a common feature of many locations – from country stations to city termini and dedicated goods yards. With embossed brickwork and wood-effect picket fencing, this model is ready to be positioned right out of the box and we are sure this will make a wonderful feature on any OO scale Layout or diorama.

Announced in the Winter 2020 British Railway Announcements, the docking shed represents a typical cattle loading facility that would have been found at country stations, city termini and goods yards across the United Kingdom. The model incorporates embossed brickwork and wood‑effect picket fencing to replicate the appearance of historic livestock handling structures.

The highly detailed model is fully decorated out of the box and is designed to work with Bachmann Scenecraft OO‑scale cows (item 36‑081), providing a complementary element for railway layouts and railway‑themed dioramas.
