43 PCA (PC020A) powder tanks were built by Powell Duffryn in 1988 for alumina traffic between North Blyth and Fort William on the West Highland line. They PCAs continue to be in use today.

Revolution Trains offers a pack of four Alvance‑branded PCA (powder carriage) tanks, supplied without ladders. The items are listed under the manufacturer part number RT‑PCA20‑405N and represent the current era.
The models are highly accurate OO gauge (1:76.2) and run on 16.5 mm track. Each pack contains four uniquely numbered vehicles and includes NEM coupling pockets, RP25 wheel sets suitable for conversion to EM or P4, and a minimum radius of 438 mm (second radius). Optional fittings are available for versions that carry ladders, and a discharge chute plate can be fitted. Detailing is extensive, with numerous separate plastic and photo‑etched components.
