43 PCA (PC020A) powder tanks were built by Powell Duffryn in 1988 for alumina traffic between North Blyth and Fort William on the West Highland line. They PCAs continue to be in use today.

Revolution Trains Pack of 4 L Lochaber Power/Liberty branded PCA tanks, without ladders, supplied under manufacturer part number RT-PCA20-404M. The set represents the current era of British railway freight.
The model is a highly accurate OO gauge (1:76.2 scale) running on 16.5 mm track. Each tank features NEM coupling pockets and RP25 wheel sets that can be easily converted to EM or P4 standards, using 26 mm pinpoints on 2 mm diameter axles. Optional ladders and a discharge chute plate are available for versions that require them. The kit includes a high level of detail with numerous separately fitted plastic and photo‑etched parts, and the minimum curve radius is 438 mm (second radius).
