43 PCA (PC020A) powder tanks were built by Powell Duffryn in 1988 for alumina traffic between North Blyth and Fort William on the West Highland line. They PCAs continue to be in use today.

Revolution Trains Pack of 4 debranded Alcan‑liveried PCA tank wagons (with ladders), supplied under manufacturer part number RT‑PCA20‑402F. The pack contains the four unique numbers 55548, 55551, 55555 and 55560 and represents the current era of operation.
The model is a highly accurate OO gauge (1:76.2) representation running on 16.5 mm track. It features NEM coupling pockets and RP25 wheel sets that can be readily converted to EM or P4 standards (26 mm pinpoints on 2 mm diameter axles). The minimum curve radius is 438 mm (second radius).
Optional equipment includes fitted ladders for the Alcan and debranded Alcan liveries and a discharge‑chute plate. Detailing is extensive, with a large number of separately fitted plastic and photo‑etched components.
The prototype consists of the PC020A powder wagons (PCA) built by Powell Duffryn in 1988 for alumina traffic between North Blyth and Fort William on the West Highland line. All 43 wagons remain in service. Five livery/branding versions have existed: Original Alcan (1988–mid‑2000s), debranded/faded Alcan (mid‑2000s onward), Rio Tinto Alcan (2008–2016), Lochaber Power/Liberty (from 2016) and Alvance (from 2020).
