43 PCA (PC020A) powder tanks were built by Powell Duffryn in 1988 for alumina traffic between North Blyth and Fort William on the West Highland line. They PCAs continue to be in use today.

Revolution Trains pack of four debranded Alcan liveried PCA powder tanks (with ladders), supplied as part numbers 55532, 55533, 55539 and 55542. The model is made to OO gauge, 1:76.2 scale on 16.5 mm track and carries the manufacturer part number RT‑PCA20‑402E. It represents the current era of operation.

Key features include NEM coupling pockets, RP25 wheel sets designed for straightforward conversion to EM or P4, and optional ladders fitted to the Alcan and debranded Alcan versions. An optional discharge chute plate is also available. The tanks are highly detailed with many separate plastic and photo‑etched components and require a minimum radius of 438 mm (second radius).

The prototype comprises 43 PCA (PC020A) powder tanks built by Powell Duffryn in 1988 for alumina traffic between North Blyth and Fort William on the West Highland line. These tanks remain in service today.

Five livery versions are offered: Original Alcan (1988 to mid‑2000s), Debranded/faded Alcan (mid‑2000s onwards), Rio Tinto Alcan (2008‑2016), Lochaber Power/Liberty (from 2016) and Alvance (from 2020).
