Revolution Trains Caroline 975025 Inspection Saloon – Network South East (DCC 21) is a detailed OO gauge model of the inspection coach used during the initial privatisation of British rail. It is supplied with the manufacturer part number OO‑SGMIS‑002 and is intended to represent the period of the early 1990s privatisation era.
The model incorporates all tooling changes made to the real coach, including revised front‑end headcode boxes, updated lighting arrangements and modified multiple‑working equipment. It features a highly detailed interior with working footstep lights, directional and switchable front and rear lighting, and separate saloon, kitchen and corridor illumination. The driver’s desk is era‑specific and fitted with period‑appropriate chairs. Wheel pickup is provided by NMRA RP25 code 110 wheels and the model uses a kinematic coupling system with NEM coupler pockets.
