Wascosa/Network Rail yellow JNA, number 8170 5932 175-9. 11 ribs and no door
The JNA/MMA EALNOS bogie box wagon was introduced in 2016 and more than 900 are now in service across a wide variety of locations and freight operators all across the network.
The prototype has two main types – one with 9 bodyside ribs, one with 11. Within this, some have access doors between the ribs at the right-hand end and some do not, while some have parking brake wheels on the lower edge of the body, while some have it on the bogie at one end. We also offer versions with battery powered tail lamps (no batteries are included) – the tail lamp fitted versions are either version L or version X.
Our model of the JNA/MMA EALNOS is tooled for all the variations of EALNOS (9 or 11 ribs, side doors or no side doors).

Revolution Trains JNA Box Wagon – Wascosa/Network Rail Yellow, number 8170 5932 175-9. The model carries the manufacturer part number OO-EAL-109C and represents the current era.
The real JNA/MMA EALNOS bogie box wagon entered service in 2016; more than 900 units are now operating across a wide range of locations and freight operators on the UK rail network. The wagons are available with either nine or eleven bodyside ribs, with optional side doors at the right‑hand end, and with the parking brake wheel positioned either on the lower edge of the body or on a bogie at one end. Versions with battery‑powered tail lamps are also offered (tail lamp fitted versions are designated as type L or type X, although batteries are not supplied).
The Revolution Trains model is produced to accommodate all of these variations, including both the nine‑rib and eleven‑rib configurations and the presence or absence of side doors. This particular kit depicts the eleven‑rib, no‑door version in Network Rail yellow, matching the prototype numbered 8170 5932 175-9.
