The JNA/MMA EALNOS bogie box wagon was introduced in 2016 and more than 900 are now in service across a wide variety of locations and freight operators all across the network.
The prototype has two main types – one with 9 bodyside ribs, one with 11. Within this, some have access doors between the ribs at the right-hand end and some do not, while some have parking brake wheels on the lower edge of the body, while some have it on the bogie at one end. We also offer versions with battery powered tail lamps (no batteries are included) – the tail lamp fitted versions are either version L or version X.
Our model of the JNA/MMA EALNOS is tooled for all the variations of EALNOS (9 or 11 ribs, side doors or no side doors).

Revolution Trains JNA‑T Box Wagon – Touax Red, reference No 8170 5500 817‑8, part number OO‑EAL‑108C. The model represents a current‑era box wagon built to the JNA/MMA EALNOS specification.
The prototype wagon was introduced in 2016 and more than 900 units are now in service across a wide variety of locations and freight operators on the network. It features a red Touax livery, a JNA‑T classification and a body with eleven ribs and no side access door.
The JNA/MMA EALNOS design is produced in two main rib configurations – nine ribs or eleven ribs – and various options for side doors, brake‑wheel placement and tail‑lamp power. Some versions have side doors at the right‑hand end, some have the parking‑brake wheel on the lower edge of the body, others on the bogie at one end. Tail‑lamp variants are supplied with battery‑powered fittings, although batteries are not included; these are designated version L or version X.
The Revolution Trains model is tooled to accommodate all recognised variations of the EALNOS wagon, covering both nine‑rib and eleven‑rib bodies, with or without side doors.
