The Rapido SECR 6 Wheel Brake Van (No. S55405) is a highly detailed OO‑gauge (1:76 scale) model of a British Railways early crest brake van. It carries the manufacturer part number 931023 and reproduces the SER/SECR (SR Diagram 1558) 20‑ton brake van in the original BR(S) brown livery.
The model is presented in as‑built dual veranda condition, with a fully detailed body and underframe that includes numerous individually fitted components. The interior is also fully finished, and the split‑spoked wheels run on metal bearings for realistic operation.
