Rapido WM Fleetline model #6311 represents a West Midlands Transport Executive (PTE) double‑deck bus in the 273 Dudley–Russells Hall service. The model is presented in a pristine West Midlands PTE blue and cream livery, reflecting the British Rail Blue pre‑TOPS period.
