This Lime Green Ford Anglia comes with a bespoke sleeve for the Museum of Liverpool. Registered 1 KF this car was the first to be produced at Fords Halewood plant in 1963. It was driven off the production line by the Lord Mayor and presented to a Mr Taylor who had won it in a competition in the Liverpool Echo. Ford bought the car and presented it to the museum in 1969.

The vehicle represented by the model bears the registration 1 KF and was the first car manufactured at Ford’s Halewood plant in 1963. It left the production line under the auspices of the Lord Mayor and was subsequently awarded to a Mr Taylor, who won the car in a competition run by the Liverpool Echo. Ford later acquired the car and donated it to the museum in 1969.
The model is classified as representing the British Rail Blue (pre‑TOPS) period, despite its lime‑green livery, and is supplied in a bespoke sleeve designed specifically for the Museum of Liverpool.
