This detailed model features the bright red colour scheme of Hough Green Recovery, whose head office and control centre is at Widnes in the northwest of England, where they have been operating for over 25 years. Additional depots now include Preston, Deeside and more recently Wallasey on the Wirral. The company operates a very modern fleet of over 40 vehicles, suitable for all types of recovery, from a car with a flat battery to a multi vehicle pile up. They have also invested in a purpose built bus and coach recovery trailer, specialist sliding axle trailer with the capacity to full lift complete artic and trailer combinations or heavy loads up to 50 tons, as well as accident units fitted with 18 TM cranes.
