Oxford Diecast Co-op - 1:76 Scale Thornycroft Co-op AEC 34. The AEC 34 seater bus was a revolution when launched in 1909 when approximately 60 were manufactured. It was built at Walthamstow.Known as the X type it used a four cylinder 28 hp petrol engine. With the increase in production the model was modified several times and in 1916 the government assumed control of production for the duration of World War 1.
