This ice cream van is already part of Oxford's 1:43 scale series of small commercial vans and now being launched in 1:76 scale, it retains all the detail and features of its larger scale counterpart.

Ice cream vans are known for being colourful in real life and to create detailed miniatures is always a tampo printing challenge. In the highly decorative Coronato's Italian Ice Cream colour scheme, the tooling has been modified to include two ice cream cones, one on either side of the roof at the front. You might wonder what the cartoon figure of Robin Hood in Sherwood Green is doing on the side shooting an ice cream cone from his bow until you read the Coronato slogan 'As famous in Nottingham as Robin Hood'. You can also see that apart from specialising in 'Freshly Made Italian Style' Ice Cream, 'Mr Coronato' is also promoting another string to his bow 'All Events Catered For' complete with his mobile telephone number. The rear of the model also features a finely printed scene with customers enjoying ice cream with a miniature ice cream van in the background. Our authentic ice cream van is registered KY58 JFA with a red/white body, black chassis and black interior seating.

The van features the Coronato Italian ice‑cream colour scheme, with two ice‑cream‑cone decals mounted on either side of the roof. The side panels display a cartoon figure of Robin Hood in Sherwood Green, accompanied by the slogan “As famous in Nottingham as Robin Hood”. Additional text reads “Freshly Made Italian Style” and “All Events Catered For” together with a mobile telephone number. The rear panel shows a printed scene of customers enjoying ice cream beneath a miniature van.

The vehicle is registered KY58 JFA. It carries a red and white body, a black chassis and black interior seating. All decals are applied using tampo printing to achieve the detailed graphics.
