Dating from the 1930s, the Tricycle Van was seen on general service duties right into the 1950s. After the recent release of the Gas and Coke Service liveried van, we now see this unusual vehicle as used by Central Sussex Electricity Ltd who are advertising the hire of their electric wash boilers. The colourful graphics on the side reveal all! Decorated in red with black trim, the van is registered VMN 628 and the white lettering indicates the company operating in Haywards Heath, complete with telephone number. Masked silver porthole windows feature on the back doors and the model is finished off with a single light above the front wheel.
