Manufacturer description

The Triumph Stag sports tourer was a British car made by the Triumph Motor Company between 1970 and 1977. Designed by an Italian, Giovanni Michelotti, it boasted a 3.0L V8 engine and turned heads wherever it went.  No more so than when painted in this very bright magenta colour scheme, perhaps one its most iconic and memorable liveries!  Classed as a four-seater convertible, the proud owner could also have a removable canvas top which eventually became standard with later production.

Re-living the dream in miniature, our 1:76 scale model is registered MVF 604M from 1974. In contrast to the body colour, the interior seating is black, as is the tonneau cover, the grille and the headlights cover. A fine gold line adds a further touch of glamour along the sides of the car, which is rounded off with the signature stag marque embedded into the radiator grille and the Triumph name positioned above the number plate.
