Manufacturer description

The signature olive green of Tarmac is instantly recognisable and is a natural choice for the AEC Tipper now in the 1:76 scale series of our construction related vehicles. This model features the black and white Tarmac logo which the company introduced in 1964, appearing on their vehicles until 1996 and the number plate VDA 169G indicates the tipper dates from 1968. The chassis, bumpers, wheels and cab interior on the model are black. The front grille, wipers, door handles and steps are chrome and the only other colour comes as a yellow/black chevron effect along the front bumper.

The model, supplied under manufacturer part number 76TIP004, represents a British Rail Blue (pre‑TOPS) tipper from 1968. It is presented in a 1:76 scale and carries the olive‑green Tarmac livery introduced in 1964, which remained in use until 1996. The vehicle bears the number plate VDA 169G.
