The company quickly grew, and in 1984 it launched the first daily express service between Inverness and Lewis.Over the next few decades, D.R. Macleod Haulage continued to expand its operations. It now has a fleet of over 70 vehicles and 90 trailers, and it operates a network of depots across Scotland.
