Manufacturer description

The Scania Highline cab has made several appearances with various trailers for a wide number of haulage companies. This time it is drawing a brand new flatbed trailer in the bright two-tone blue and red livery of Ian Craig Haulage Ltd. The company is based in Central Scotland just off the M876, from where it is ideally placed to deliver its key loads comprising brick and block, timber and general haulage. Founded in 1974 by Ian Craig, his three sons are now part of the business which is now recognised as one of top providers of road transport services in Scotland.

Our 1:76 scale replica is registered SN15 LVV and like many haulage vehicles, sports a name on the radiator grille - in this case 'Broomhill Courier'. This vehicle is employed as a Craig's of Denny lorry and features all the contact details in yellow on the cab sides. The cab, with a red chassis, features the light blue and dark blue Ian Craig colour scheme as well as the added detail of the company's Scottish thistle insignia on the side edge of the cab within the white printed line-out. Notice too the Scottish lion holding the Saltire behind the driver's window and the discreet Scania badge printed on the back of the cab.

The blue flatbed trailer, also on a red chassis, has a light brown floor with red rear bars. Why not bring it to life with some of our 1:76 scale Oxford loads?
