Manufacturer description

Nissan Qashqai J11 in a brilliant white colour scheme with contrasting black and silver trim. The interior is also black as are the window pillars and windscreen surround. Note the signature Nissan badge in the centre of the black radiator grille. Our SUV is registered VW14 JVR from the first half of 2014.

In real life, the second generation J11 made its first appearance in 2014, superseding the original Qashqai which had been introduced in 2006. The J11, manufactured by Nissan at their Sunderland UK plant, is promoted as a 5-door, front engine compact crossover Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV). Its attributes include large and versatile cargo space, advanced technology, either front wheel drive or 4-wheel drive and an option of a 6-speed manual gearbox or automatic. Its ultimate attraction is its affordable pricing. The J11 was named Car of the Year in 2014 by What Car magazine. Not only that but in September 2015, Nissan rolled out a record 500,000th Qashqai at their Nissan Motor Manufacturing (UK) Ltd plant in Sunderland, which represented the fastest time for a UK built vehicle to reach he half a million mark.

The die‑cast model is finished in a bright white body colour with black and silver trim. In reality the second‑generation Qashqai J11 was launched in 2014, replacing the original model introduced in 2006. Built at Nissan’s Sunderland plant, it is a five‑door, front‑engine compact crossover SUV available with front‑wheel or four‑wheel drive and a choice of six‑speed manual or automatic transmission. The J11 was named Car of the Year by What Car? magazine in 2014, and in September 2015 the 500,000th Qashqai produced at the Sunderland factory marked the fastest UK‑built vehicle to reach that milestone.
