This bright green release of the 1980s Austin Mini Metro will add a burst of colour to your 1:76 scale Oxford Automobile shelf. The exterior trim is all black including the distinctive radiator grille, which features the squared off headlights and the blue Austin badge embedded into it.
The car is registered LJB 90W from the first year of production in 1980. The interior seating is moulded in pale beige with otherwise black trim as well. In real life, the Austin Mini Metro was a best seller with an affordable price tag of just over £3000 for the 1.0L variant. It was voted Car of the Year in 1983 and during its 18 year production span, it made over 2 million sales.
