This model depicts a Mercedes ambulance used during the rebuilding of the railways, finished in a white livery with a yellow and green Battenberg‑type band along the lower sides. The registration plate reads SH62 XDY and the rear is masked to form a diagonal yellow‑and‑red stripe. Lightbars are fitted to the front and rear of the white roof, and black masking provides the appearance of tinted side and rear windows. The vehicle bears Scottish Ambulance Service lettering in blue on the sides together with the colourful service crest.
