Oxford's½ ton Lightweight Land Rover as operational in the Gulf War, appearing in 1:76 scale.
Fulfilling a key role in the Middle Eastern conflict, our Land Rover is decorated in a military desert scheme of matt sand with a lighter beige canvas back and beige interior. The wheel centres, including the spare wheel strapped to the bonnet are also decorated in the same colour. Registered 83 KA 65, our model also comes with black military markings on both the doors and on the front of the roof, just like the real thing. A final detail comprises a pickaxe and spade fixed to the rear below the back window which would be reassuring for the occupants should their all-terrain vehicle succumb to the desert sands.
