The Green Goddess is the familiar name for the Bedford RLHZ Self Propelled Pump, an engine used originally by the Auxiliary Fire Service, as well as by the British Armed Forces. Its introduction goes back to 1953. This is a replica of the Green Goddess registered SYH 325, as used by the Teesside Fire Brigade and is decorated in the traditional red colour scheme. Additional detail includes a ladder in silver, a red bell, blue beacon and spotlight, all featured on the roof above the cab. Tha cab itself carries the Teesside Fire Brigade crest on both doors and comes with a black interior. The Bedford insignia features in red/silver above the grille, whilst the rear of the vehicles is decorated in silver with red/white chevrons.
