Manufacturer description

Official Great Dorset Steam Fair Model 2018

Our new Burrell 8nhp DCC steam locomotive represents the power behind John Cole's Electric Leaping Horses. He classed himself as an Amusements Caterer working out of Staple Hill, Bristol. The Burrell is registered AD 8786 and is presented resplendent in a dark maroon and gold livery which we associate with the Burrell brand, whose insignia appears on the front of the boiler. The roof is masked white and front of the roof board carries the 'Masterpiece' name and 'Built 1898'. A similar nameplate appears again on the side of the boiler. We love John Cole's slogan too - We Follow No Leader.
