The Ford Transit Mk 3 model comes in the Royal Mail livery in its signature bright red with yellow and white decoration. Registered H42 SWE, the Royal cypher is printed on both the cab doors while Royal Mail logo and the Crown are detailed on the van sides and across one of the back doors. All other trim appears in black, apart from the wheels which are silver.The third generation of the Ford Transit was made between 1986 and 2003. It was a completely new shape and came in various styles to suit its many uses, from 3-4 door van, 4-door minibus, 4-door crew cab and even a 2-door pickup. For model collectors of Royal Mail vans, this latest Oxford introduction is another fine addition to your Royal Mail vehicle timeline.
