The model, part number 76FT004, depicts a police mobile camera unit used by Merseyside Police. The vehicle is finished in the high‑visibility yellow, blue and white chequered bands typical of the service, with the Police crest rendered in detailed colour. It is based on a Ford Transit that would have been registered PN09 OYD.
The diecast includes black lightbars with blue‑tinted ends, silver and black masking on the lights, door handles and window surrounds, and other small fittings. It is a short‑wheelbase version with a medium‑height roof and represents the period of the rebuilding of the railways.
