Launched in 1959 to replace the Bedford S type, the Beford TK had many body derivatives one of which was a fire engine. This TK is based on a Carmichael body. Appliances like these are instantly recognisable, commanding attention no matter whether they are stationary, or heading to an incident. Our TK is shown in the Mid and West Wales livery.

Oxford Diecast Mid & West Wales Fire TK – 1:76 Scale is a model railway vehicle produced by Oxford Diecast. The model carries the manufacturer part number 76FIRE001 and depicts a fire engine in the British Rail Blue livery used before the TOPS renumbering system.
The original Bedford TK chassis was launched in 1959 to replace the Bedford S type, and it spawned several body variations, including the Carmichael‑bodied fire engine represented here. The model is painted in the Mid and West Wales fire service livery.
