The Burrell Scenic Showmans Locomotive promoting the Grand Scenic Diving Dolphins ride, is painted in a rich red-brown colour scheme with a mass of gold line-out and lettering. Additional artwork includes some finely painted dolphins along the sides of the roof, while on the front roofboard further artistic lettering reads 'Success to the Strongest' with some decorative Fleur de Lys beneath which is the registration plate FA 2316. The red and gold Burrell Company lettering is situated in its usual place on the front of the boiler and a final detail sees the Dolphin nameplate towards the back of the engine.
This majestic little model certainly deserves a place on your fairground field!

Oxford Diecast Burrell Scenic Showmans Loco No. 4030 Dolphin is a die‑cast model locomotive produced by Oxford Diecast. The model is supplied under the manufacturer part number 76BUR006 and represents the era of the “Big Four” railway companies – LNER, LMS, GWR and SR.
The locomotive is liveried in a rich red‑brown colour scheme with extensive gold lining and lettering. Painted dolphins appear on the sides of the roof, and the front roofboard bears the slogan “Success to the Strongest” with decorative fleur‑de‑lys beneath the registration plate FA 2316. Red and gold Burrell Company lettering is positioned on the front of the boiler, and a Dolphin nameplate is fitted towards the rear of the engine.
The model is intended as a promotional piece for the Grand Scenic Diving Dolphins ride and is marketed as a suitable addition to a fairground collection.
