Manufacturer description

This AEC Matador was used by British Road Services, the British road transport company, formed by the nationalisation of the British road haulage industry. Decorated in the familiar and popular BRS colour scheme, it will appeal to dedicated collectors of this famous name in the history of British road transport. BRS was subsequently absorbed and is now part of Pickfords.
