The chunky AEC Dumper Truck takes on another construction job in the 1:76 scale heavyweight series, as operated by Scottish Land Development. Once again, an orange and black colour scheme is the livery option on the truck registered CUS 858B in 1964. The Scottish Land Development Limited name and AEC Dump Truck graphics appear in black. Our research indicates the organisation was a private company founded in 1951, operating as land development and agricultural engineers, as well as being specialists in drainage, cultivation and excavating work, until acquired in the 1960s by Hanson Transport.
