An entire DCC system in the palm of your hand! This 2 Amp system can operate up to 4 OO sized locomotives or 8 N gauge trains. This cab provides all of the capability and ease of use that you’ve heard about in our Power Pro system, at an entry level price. Installation is a snap. Hook two wires to your track and plug in the cab. You’re off and running trains!

The NCE Power Cab Starter Set (part number 524‑042) provides a complete digital command control (DCC) system in a compact handheld unit. Rated at 2 A, it can run up to four OO‑scale locomotives or eight N‑gauge trains simultaneously. The system offers the functionality of the Power Pro range at an entry‑level price, and installation involves simply connecting two wires to the track and plugging the cab into the supplied power supply.

The kit includes the NCE Power Cab, a 7‑foot Power Cab cable, a PCP Power Panel, an EU/UK approved power supply, a Pro Cab coiled cord and a user manual. All components are supplied ready to use, allowing immediate operation of model railway layouts.
