The Consett Ore wagon was built for the conveyance of iron Ore from Tyne Dock to Consett specially constructed wagons of 56 tons capacity have been provided. Each wagon is fitted with the vacuum automatic brake and four power-operated side discharge doors which are under the control of the train locomotive driver.

KR Models Set of 3 Consett Iron Ore Wagons – Pack H (With Load) – Weathered is a model railway collection representing three British Railways Late‑Crest era ore wagons. The kit bears the manufacturer part number KRM‑CON‑OO‑3H‑W and is supplied in a weathered finish.
Each wagon is a 56‑ton capacity, vacuum‑automatic‑brake vehicle with four power‑operated side discharge doors that are controlled from the locomotive cab. The real‑world wagons were used to transport iron ore from Tyne Dock to Consett and were normally worked by Q7, 9F and later Class 24 locomotives.
The three models carry the following British Railways running numbers: B446003, B446018 and B446024.
