Hornby Railmaster ‘Select‑a‑Link’ Digital Controller is a digital command system designed for use with Hornby Railmaster model railway layouts. The controller allows users to operate up to 16 locomotives independently, with functions for speed, direction, lighting and sound effects where supported. It includes a built‑in display that shows locomotive address and speed steps, and features a momentary ‘reserve’ button for emergency braking.

The unit is supplied with the manufacturer part number R7135. It operates on a 12 V DC supply, connects to the track via the supplied 2‑wire cable, and requires Hornby Digital compatible locomotives to function. The controller is compatible with both analogue and digital Hornby track, allowing gradual conversion of existing layouts.
