Manufacturer description

Amoco was founded in American in 1889 by the Standard Oil Company. During the 1990s, it merged with BP and was owned by the British company from 1998. As a result, it was common to see these wagons coupled to BP-branded wagons. 

This model wagon Triple Pack offers a good way to increase the size of your ‘TTA’ tanker train, with each wagon having a different running number; BRT 57484, BRT 57485 and BRT 57486.

Hornby Amoco TTA Class A Tank Wagon Triple Pack, part number R60334, is a ready‑to‑run model representing a British Rail Blue (TOPS) era tanker wagon.

Amoco was founded in the United States in 1889 by the Standard Oil Company. In the 1990s it merged with BP and, from 1998, was owned by the British company, resulting in frequent coupling of these wagons to BP‑branded wagons.

The triple pack provides three wagons, each with a different running number – BRT 57484, BRT 57485 and BRT 57486 – allowing an expanded TTA tanker train.
