The Micklefield Coal & Lime Company was established in Micklefield, near Leeds in West Yorkshire. It had a large fleet of wooden-bodied open wagons for transporting coal from the many pits in the area to its various distribution and unloading points for onward transport by road. 

This 6 Plank Wagon model is a highly detailed replica of the original, making it a wonderful choice for any freight-based model railway set-up.
